Rebecca Hooton is a seasoned payments industry leader whose career began in 2003 and has spanned more than two decades across multiple continents. Known for her strategic vision and ability to build high‑performing international operations, she has lived and worked in countries as far away as Australia and across several European markets, shaping a global perspective that defines her professional approach.

As a Founder and Director at GC Partners, Rebecca played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a growing UK‑based operation into a multi‑regional business. She was responsible for building and launching all of GC Partners’ international offices, establishing the firm’s presence across the Middle East, London, and Southern Europe. Under her leadership, the company became recognised for its strong compliance culture, trusted client relationships, and secure, efficient cross‑border payment  solutions.

After successfully exiting the business, Rebecca spent time living in Europe before feeling the familiar pull of the UAE — a place whose ambition, pace, and global connectivity matched her own. Returning to the region marked the beginning of her next chapter.

Today, Rebecca brings her international experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and industry expertise into her work in the UAE, continuing to build with the same drive, precision, and global outlook that have defined her career.
